With more than 8 years of experience in the professional world and 3 years of leadership in the Israel Defense Forces, I bring a special combination of leadership excellence and a proof track of experience in procurement processes, project management, account management, operations management and business development. Over the years, I built and led teams in multiple industry areas, where my focus and expertise were teamwork, high standard deliverables and perfectionism.

 

I am a tech savvy with passion for complex problem solving. I hold a MBA from the Open University of Israel focusing on Entrepreneurship, Marketing & Management. I also hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College, focusing on Accounting and Psychology. In addition, I am an alumni of multiple commanding and team building courses from the Israel Defense Forces.

 

My work background includes professional experience in various industries. I am currently working as an Account Director for ZONZA, a joint venture between Hogarth Worldwide, a WPP company and Deluxe Entertainment, a MacAndrews and Forbes company. ZONZA is a cloud-based enterprise Digital Asset Management platform that is sold to global enterprises. As an Account Director, I manage multiple Fortune 500 relationships. My main responsibilities include managing discovery workshops with C-level executives, managing the entire implementation process of ZONZA, expanding sales with existing accounts and leading the ongoing account management post launch. As a WPP company, all WPP agencies are using ZONZA as their main DAM. Through my leadership, I developed great personal relationships with all C-level executives within WPP agencies. As part of my role, I advise them on digital distribution and digital strategy in order to develop better sales channels with higher profits. I conduct a digital and sales SWOT analysis of their organization, and design the strategic guidelines laying out how to implement ZONZA within the organization. In addition, I am highly involved in multiple operational areas within the company such as finance, recruiting, compliance, technology testing, marketing and more.

 

Before joining ZONZA, I worked at Citi Private Bank as an Operations & Technology Associate. I was responsible for multiple concurrent assignments requiring a high degree of accuracy. It was expected to meet deadlines despite the high-pressure environment. My main responsibilities included but were not limited to billing, research, analysis and accounting for all Citi Private Bank accounts. As part of my role, I managed close relationships with outsourced vendors, money management groups, trust administrators, institutional sales officers, and wealth advisers. Furthermore, I worked in close contact with operations and technology support specialists. I consulted and escorted these various groups with billing strategies and regulations for their accounts. In addition, I managed the investment advisory & billing quality control process for more than 100,000 accounts, verifying that all Citi Private Bank accounts are setup and charged as the signed agreement between Citi Private Bank and the end client.

 

Prior to Citi Bank, I worked for the Israeli Ministry of Defense in NYC as an Assistant Procurement Director and Project Manager. I was responsible for the management of various projects. A few examples of my responsibilities included dealing with information security problems, implementation of top-secret equipment projects, negotiations of defense contracts, cost analysis issues and procurement strategies. As a project manager, I was expected to oversee four employees and make the final decisions with regards to various problematic situations. In addition, I would coordinate between multiple teams who dealt with similar projects in order to deliver a final product and meet expected deadlines.
